I am not sure if you all have noticed, but for the last few years I have been consumed by purpose. Your Soul’s Assignment, The Power of You, The Self-Mastery Program – all of these projects were created to help people find their purpose.
I truly believe we all have an assignment, gift or purpose on this Earth. And I believe many of us are living authentic meaningful lives. But I also think some of us are stuck. We are stuck somewhere between circumstance, choice and fear. I’m getting ready to create a new program about living a life of purpose and I want to get YOUR input. Please take a few minutes to answer the following questions. I want to hear from YOU.
- Do you feel passionate about your life’s purpose?
- Does your work align with your values?
- If not, what do you need to live a more purposeful life? Clarity? Confidence? Special training
There is a journal exercise I have done that is helpful if you don’t have the answers to the above questions. Think of a 12-hour day that would be pure bliss. How would you love, earn and create? Would you work from home in cozy sweats and slippers? Would you start your day walking outside with your dearest friend? Who would be your ideal boss?
Feel free to comment below. Are you more of a private person? Then feel free to send me a message on Facebook.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Remember it is never too late to live your life. It is never too late to be the person you have always wanted to be.
Blessings,
Dr. Chris
Thank you Dr. Chris, for allowing me to entertain you.
1. Do you feel passionate about your life’s purpose?
I feel very passionate about my life’s purpose. I make it a point everyday to lend to my life’s purpose in one way or another.
2. Does your work align with your values?
We’re talking about purpose, not dreams right? Many times our dreams don’t align with our purpose because our dreams are often birthed out of EGO. Yes my work aligns with my values, however it doesn’t necessarily provide a platform to fulfill my life’s purpose. I am a remodeling contractor by trade and that is not my life’s purpose.
3. If not, what do you need to live a more purposeful life? Clarity? Confidence? Special training?
Relationships with the right people and Credentials. After walking away from a dogmatic belief system, and loosing my entire network due to ostercizion and being tagged a heretic, I have spent the last several years having a “wilderness experience”. Stepping out of the wilderness I find myself in unfamiliar territory surrounded by strangers. The only map I have is written in a foreign language and I am learning as I go. At this point I am seeking the path of least resistance and letting the tapestry of my life unfold.
